A group dedicated to inspire and empower and bring back confidence to talk to other women living in (or around) the Exeter area. This group is for women to openly discuss issues, ask for advice on topics, talk about mental health openly, find new friends. The list goes on!

First Saturday of the month. For women aged 18+. A chance to meet and chat over a cup of tea/coffee, providing a safe warm space to chat but also provide activities.

Bring along a hobby or craft project you are working on and share skills and ideas with others or enjoy learning a new skill with like-minded people or simply enjoy company and a homemade high tea - sandwiches, cakes tea and coffee

Offers a fully equipped gym of brand new, state of the art equipment and also offers classes for women including Pilates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Les Mills BODYPUMP ™, HIIT, Legs, Bums and Core, Silver Circuits (for women 60 plus), Body Conditioning Circuits and running training for all levels. Also offer non-fitness related activities such as walks, talks by inspirational women, BBQs, art classes, workshops and retreats.
