Supports women experiencing Domestic Abuse in Devon who are vulnerably housed, homeless, or living in Supported Accommodation (SA) or Temporary Accommodation (TA) and struggling to access mainstream support services due to multiple disadvantages.


Creates safe, empowering spaces for women facing multiple disadvantages. We work alongside women with lived experience of trauma, criminal justice, domestic abuse, poor mental health and systemic inequality, helping them rebuild confidence, regain autonomy, and lead change.


A community group where women can meet each other through organised events. It’s an opportunity to network, socialise and make new friends.



A group dedicated to inspire and empower and bring back confidence to talk to other women living in (or around) the Exeter area. This group is for women to openly discuss issues, ask for advice on topics, talk about mental health openly, find new friends. The list goes on!


First Saturday of the month. For women aged 18+. A chance to meet and chat over a cup of tea/coffee, providing a safe warm space to chat but also provide activities.


Tuesdays 2pm-4.30pm at Westbank Community Centre. Suggested donation £4. Bring along a hobby or craft project you are working on and share skills and ideas with others or enjoy learning a new skill with like-minded people or simply enjoy company and a homemade high tea - sandwiches, cakes tea and coffee

However you choose to manage your menopause symptoms, your lifestyle choices are going to be the cornerstone of any treatment plan you choose.


Offers a fully equipped gym of brand new, state of the art equipment and also offers classes for women including Pilates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Les Mills BODYPUMP ™, HIIT, Legs, Bums and Core, Silver Circuits (for women 60 plus), Body Conditioning Circuits and running training for all levels. Also offer non-fitness related activities such as walks, talks by inspirational women, BBQs, art classes, workshops and retreats.


Mondays 6pm-7pm at Riverside Leisure Centre. Friendly casual sessions, suitable for all ages (18+) and abilities. Whether you have experience in playing football/walking football or are completely new to the game, this group welcomes all women interested to have a go.


In central Exeter - more gin and belly dancing than jam and Jerusalem! An active WI group with a mixed aged range who like to have fun.


Mondays 7pm-8pm at St Luke’s Astro Turf, Hart's Lane, Exeter EX1 3RD. Grab your friends and join us for some fun and friendly 5-a-Side Football. The taster session is free and a great way to get active and meet others. 18+ Women Only.
