Nordic walking is a fun way to look after your health and wellbeing through physical activity, making friends exercising outdoors connecting with nature watching the seasons change through the year. The sooner you start the more benefits you will enjoy. Lovely walk locations along the route of the River Exe with amazing views of the River and the Estuary. Learn the technique and then join weekly group walks.
