Tuesdays 2pm-4pm, online via Zoom. This weekly online session will begin with a short grounding exercise and a general check-in, followed by either mental health discussions or a quiz, depending on the week.


Helps people connect with each other in a variety of ways. From pen pal schemes, to social events, to phone befriending, there is something for everyone.


Free to Exeter residents aged 18+ with anxiety and depression. Fantasy gaming for fun, confidence and positive mental health. Develop your confidence, communication, literacy and numeracy skills. Play in a safe atmospheric space at Whipton Community Hall.

Every Sunday 12.30pm at The White Hart, South Street. Adults only, Bring along your favourites, or just join in with what others bring!

An informal, social group, with typically between 15-30 individuals attending each meeting. Everyone can just turn up to any meetings they are available. There is no expectation of 'serious' debate and the ethos is very open, respectful and friendly. If you're interested in coming along and have not yet read or finished the book, don't worry, you won't be alone.

First Sunday of the month 11am-3pm, St Katherine's Priory, Exeter EX4 7JY. Free, light refreshments available.


Tuesdays, 10.30am-12pm, at The Grecian Centre, St James Park. Activities vary from quizzes to arts, music and crafts. The sessions are a perfect way to socialise, participate in group activity and achieve higher mobility. The sessions are FREE to attend and are welcoming to all newcomers.


First Saturday of every month 7pm at Exwick Community Centre, Kinnerton Way. Bring your own board or card game. There will also be some available to play. £4 per person, with refreshments provided, no alcohol.

First Friday of the month 12.30pm-1.30pm at St Katherine's Priory, Exeter EX4 7JY. Free, but refreshments available for purchase.

A growing group of people who would like to attend films, and seeking the opportunity to share the cinema going experience, try different films and discuss what they’ve seen. The Go Together Club gives members the opportunity to feed into the monthly film choices, access discounted tickets to the chosen screening and attend a monthly post screening discussion with one of the Studio 74 Film Programming team.


Live sports, skittles, pool, darts, snooker, football and live music. various seasonal events.

What's on at your local library? There is a wide range of events; from weekly sessions and workshops to Bounce and Rhyme, Lego club, theatre performances, music, author events, quiz nights, screenings, talks and much more!


The social meetup for all ages and for anybody wanting to meet and make friends, and enhance their social lives. Most events are free, but we do ask active members to pay £5 a year to help towards group running costs.


Offers three services designed to reduce loneliness and social isolation: face-to-face meetups, online Chatty Cafe sessions and telephone friendship service.
