Growing older doesn't come with a manual. So AgeUK provide free information and advice to help you on topics as diverse as claiming benefits to care home and have advisors available to chat on the web page.

Available at managed stations to support older or disabled customers or those with reduced mobility. Help will be given to navigate the station, board and alight the train, find your seat and use a ramp if needed. Wheelchairs are available at all managed stations and, at some locations, buggies are also provided to assist with long distances between meeting points and platforms.

A free, confidential telephone service for older people. They provide friendship, conversation and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Age UK's Silver Line Helpline gives anyone aged 55 or over the opportunity to exchange a friendly word, access support, or enjoy a long enriching conversation.
