Many men don't seek help or share their mental health struggles with friends and family. At Alright Mate? have a unique approach to breaking the silence, believing that creative activities can create space for open and honest conversations.


Men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.


Weekly drop-in, men are welcomed to make things out of wood and use the workshop.


A men-only space with access to health checks, activities, support with mental health and recovery issues and signposting to learning and wellbeing opportunities. Fundraising for local charities is the DNA of Round Table. Round Table clubs raise over £4 million a year for local communities and good causes, whilst volunteering more than 160,000 hours.

StrongMen is the UK Men's Bereavement Charity. Their aim is to support men following bereavement. Grief can cause severe emotional and physical health conditions which are often overlooked and even ignored, especially in men.


Supporting men and giving them the confidence to communicate their thoughts and their feelings more clearly. This will have a positive effect on their lives by helping them realise there is no weakness in being open. We do this either through face-to-face interaction across Devon (for the time being) or online via video calls and WhatsApp Messenger.
