As part of Access to Work, you may be eligible for a grant to help pay for practical support with your work, support with managing your mental health at work.

Available at managed stations to support older or disabled customers or those with reduced mobility. Help will be given to navigate the station, board and alight the train, find your seat and use a ramp if needed. Wheelchairs are available at all managed stations and, at some locations, buggies are also provided to assist with long distances between meeting points and platforms.

Brings together creative practitioners and adults with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties for weekly art and drama groups.


Supporting people to live well with MS. Whether you have MS, or care about someone who does, join the group to connect with other people from the community and share experiences so you don't have to face MS alone. From information on local services to opportunities to meet others in the area and more, the group is part of a large network of MS Society groups across the UK.


Offer a wide range of exciting and accessible parasport activities. As many as 250 people of all ages taking part in their parasports programmes. As well as providing the opportunity to be active, the sessions are also great for meeting new people, making friends and mental health support.


Campaigns to transform attitudes to disability, tackle injustice and inspire action. They create opportunities and provide information and support that empowers.


Supporting people with learning disabilities or autism, who may also have sight loss. Their broad range of support enables people to live full lives and achieve things they never thought possible.


Saturdays 11.30am-1pm at Wonford Sports Centre. Anyone with a permanent physical disability who is unable to play running rugby is welcome.
