Hosts a number of free support groups for cancer patients and their carers because shared experiences and mutual understanding can help reduce isolation and strengthen your abilities to cope. There are support groups made up of patients with the same cancer. Others focus on a specific subject, such as anxiety management or mindfulness with a mix of both patients and carers.
